THREE WHITE CHAINS – symbolize the three major units of the Philippine Navy namely: the Philippine Fleet, the Philippine Coast Guard and the Philippine Marines.

 

HOUSE – symbolizes the mission of the Philippine Navy Housing Administration.

 

GOLDEN YELLOW – represents full of virtues of the members of the Philippine Navy.

 

BLACK – symbolizes serious attitude.

 

BLUE – signifies sincerity of the members of the Philippine Navy towards the service.

 

WHITE BACKGROUND – denotes virtues of purity, justice, freedom, and hope.
