SYMBOLISM 

 

SHIELD – derived from the provincial seal of Bulacan where the town is located.

 

MADLUM CAVE – symbolizes the importance of the cave’s contribution to the town’s history. It is the place where the image of the Patron Saint of San Miguel de Archangel was taken and after whom the town was named.

 

BIAK-NA-BATO – symbol of the town’s contributions to the Filipino aspirations, ideals and libertarian struggle. It also represents the seat of Biak-Na-Bato Government headed by General Emilio Aguinaldo.

 

SIBUL HEALTH RESORT – one of the most beautiful scenic sports of the town with bath houses filled with medicinal sulphuric water.
