RICE & CORN - show the main agricultural product of the municipality

PLOW - shows that majority of the people of the munucpality are predominantly farmers

LIGHT BLUE WAVES - represent the various streams, creeks, rivers and underground springs which are tapped for irrigation purposes

BLUE TRIANGULAR - symbolizes the letter "D" of Delfin Albano, Isabela for his valor as statesmap

RED TRIANGULAR FORM - symbolizes the letter "A" of the Albano for his courage

TWO TRAINGULAR FORMS - for the letter "M" for Magsaysay, the former name of the municipality

1983 - the year when Batas Pambansa No. 291 was approved renaming the municipality from Magsaysay to Delfin Albano

YELLOW BACKGROUND - symbolizes the abundant harvest of the municipality
