SYMBOLISM 

The name Rosario is the shorter term for “Rosas del Rio”

 

ROSE – symbolizes the red and white roses that grew in abundance in the place.

 

GREEN COLOR – signifies that farming is the main source of livelihood in the municipality with rice, corn, tobacco, vegetables, gabi, peanuts, and others as farm products.

 

BLUE COLOR – represents the river between lands that supplies water for the farm.

 

YELLOW COLOR – stands for peace among the people of Rosario.
