STARS - the twenty (20) small stars and one bigger star represent the 20 municipalities and the city of Masbate respectively

MAP - illustrates the map of mainland Masbate, Ticao and the Burias island

LEFT FIELD - summarizes the economic profile of the province. It features a fence, a man riding a bull and a rich grazing land for cattle; a gold bars that stand for mining industry; and coconut tree and rice stalk for agriculture industry

RIGHT FIELD - summarizes the aspirations of the province which are industrialization (gear), peace (dove) and prosperity (buildings). The ship represents the province as one of the Hubs for Philippine Nautical Highway while the fish and manta ray stands for the eco-tourism and fishing industry
