SYMBOLISM

 

SHIELD – derived from the provincial seal of Batangas where the town is located.

 

HORSE – signifies that the municipality is known for its horses and other farm animals like cows, pigs, and goats.

 

BATANG – represents the container where “Tuba” is gathered from the coconut tree. It also refers to San Juan as “Lambanog Country”.

 

FRUITS – stand for fruits such as mangoes, citrus, atis, santol, and tamarind which are grown abundantly in the town.

 

ROUNDELS – represent the number of barangays comprising the municipality.
