SYMBOLISM

 

SHIELD – derived from the provincial seal of Batangas where the town is located.

 

1949 – the creation of the town names after Rev. Father Vicente Garcia.

 

RICE – denoted the town as an agricultural land with wide area concentrated in palay production.

 

LIVESTOCKS – one of the primary means of livelihood of the entire municipality.

 

FRUITS – signify the bounty of harvested fruits and vegetables which contribute a lot of income of the populace and the municipal government.
