SYMBOLISM

 

SHIELD – derived from the seal of the Province of Nueva Ecija

 

CIRCULAR LINE – signifies the locality’s closeness, bound together under spirit of oneness.

 

3 RICE STALKS – symbolize the products in the area aimed at harnessing the development process within a span of time.

 

CARABAO, HARROW, PLOW AND 7 TANGLED CONCAVE FIGURES – concave reveals the area to be agriculturally oriented, depending solely on farming as its main source of income. Harrow and plow connote the tilling tools and implements utilized in cultivating the soil. Carabao represents as partner of the farmer in tilling the soil to move the productivity phase of the locality.

 

1900 – the year the municipality become independent.
