TWO (2) RICE STALKS WITH TWENTY SIX (26) GRAINS - rice is the main  product, with Lambayong as the rice bowl of Sultan Kudarat province. Stalks   represent the two districts of Lambayong (east and west), while rice grains represent the twenty-six barangays comprising the municipality

1952 - year Lambayong became a municipality by virtue of Executive Order No. 543 signed by President Elpidio Quirino on October 9, 1952
