ABACA ROPE - speaks of the major industry in the region

BANNER - with torch  and book in it stands for excellence in the pursuit of the humanitarian ideals thru service, research and academic instruction

CIRCLE - stands for the perception, objectivity and involvement in developing the character of the total man

1969 - the year  Bicol  University  was  established  thru  Republic act NO. 5521 which was approved June 21, 1969


COLORS

AQUA BLUE - stands for the ideals and visions which  the university pursues and upholds

GRAY - symbolizes  universal  truths  united in diversity regardless of creed, race, faith  and  belief

ORANGE - is for knowledge and wisdom
