SYMBOLISM
It is shaped like a typical Filipino weapon against aggression which also symbolizes defense of its AOR. It has a yellow colored margin that indicated as the central coordinating unit for all reservists and reservists production in the region. The seal is colored like the Philippine Flag which indicated nationalism with the blue color carries the four white stars that clearly indicated the peacefulness of the four major provinces of the AOR. The Kampilan, a native weapon is pointing downward to symbolize that the central Visayas with a gear with three spokes to indicate the three CDCs as the main effort for the continuous reservists production.
