SYMBOLISM

 

BLUE – is for loyalty to service. The outline forming a circle is unity it underlines the united effort of the members of the unit for the successful accomplishment of the unit mission.

 

WHITE – means purity. It underscores the time meaning of the unit’s commitment to serve and protect the Filipino nation and its people from the enemy of the state from within and from without.

 

RED – is bravery. It represents the offensive stance of the unit. It also symbolizes members of the unit to fight all forces which undermine the peace and order condition of our country.

 

GREEN – speaks originality. It also stands for the left hand efforts such as home defense activities and civil military operations.

 

SHIELD – symbolizes power—packed and action filled combat force. It connotes strength and stability and speaks well of the unit’s defensive posture and combat readiness.

 

LIGHTNING – symbolizes the thundering capability of the unit to strike, mobility id hereby emphasized.

 

FUERTE UNO – from the Spanish word fuerte which means strong. Uno means number one. Fuerte uno means always number one. It shows that the unit is ensured of a tip-top operation condition at all times. It connoted the unit’s ability to outline others so the members of the unit has to develop the drive to excel in a healthy competitive atmosphere.
