SYMBOLISM 

GOLDEN YELLOW ARCHED LINES – portray the evolution of the city from its beginning as a barrio then becoming a first-class municipality to its subsequent upliftment as the first Science City in the country.

“IN GOD WE TRUST” – signifies the deep trust of the people of Muñoz in the Almighty in the pursuant of their desired community development.

GOLDEN GRAIN – depicts the product of the scientific, technological, and institutional researches performed by the different agencies, represented by the molecular orbit, that work in unison to revolutionize farming systems, not only for the city in particular, but the whole country in general.

VAST GREEN AREA – depicts the unlimited potential for growth and sustainable development that serves as the driving force of the city.

BROWN CONTOUR – stands for the city’s fertile soil which is supplied with irrigation water represented by blue waves. The fertile soil is an added value to the city to advance diversified, modern and technological farming system represented by the gear.

BROWN AREA WITHIN THE GEAR – denoted that the Science City is also the host to various farm animals and fish research, culture and development showing great potential to generate income and other sources.

GEARS TEETH – represent the agencies that work together for a progressive science community.
