SYMBOLISM 

SHIELD – derived from the Provincial seal of Ilocos Norte where the town is located.

TEN SUN RAYS – stand for the ten members of the Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality.

BLUE AND WHITE COLOR – symbolize peace and purity representing the people of Solsona as peace loving, pure in heart and loyal Filipinos.

DEER – represents the virgin mountains of Solsona as good hunting ground for wild life animals; source of livelihood of the townspeople.

IRRIGATION DAM – denotes progress for the municipality.
