occupation of the townspeople.
SEA – represents the fishing sector of the
municipality, one of the major occupations of the townspeople.

component of development. This means that the municipality envisioned a
balanced agro-industrial development.
FLAMING SWORD – represents the intense desire to
maintain, uphold and defend freedom and democracy just like what the Filipino
did in the last World War II. It also symbolizes the gallantry, valor, and
courage of the people in the defense of freedom and democracy.
