SHIELD - Derived from the seal of the province of Isabela.

BLUE - Symbolizes the water basin of the "Chico Irrigation System".

PLANT - Symbolizes rice, the main product of the municipality.

TALAGA CATCH DAM - Represents the head gate of the irrigation system.

YELLOW GREEN - Exhibits the irrigated area.

GREEN - Stands for the ranches where famous cows (Belmont Reds) are produced.

COW - Represent the famous "Belmont Reds" from Australia cross-bred by white Bhramans, which the municipality is noted for.
