CIRCLE – symbolizes unity among its constituents.

1892 – the year when its Municipality started its civil government.

BLUE, RED, WHITE, AND THREE YELLOW STARS – represent the National colors.

YELLOW BACKGROUND – represents the golden grains of rice when ripened, which is the chief product of the Municipality.

GREEN BACKGROUND – symbolizes the vast green planes found in the Municipality.

CARABAO – symbolizes farming as the main occupation of the residents.

WOMAN IN SALAKOT WITH SCYTHE AND A BUNDLE OF RICE STALKS WITH GRAINS – depicts the main industry of the Municipality.
