DOVES - symbolize peace among ethnic groups in the municipality

RIVEFIELDS - indicates that the municipality of one of the rice granaries of the province of Kalinga


COLOR SYMBOLISM

GREEN - symbolizes the stage of development of the municipality

YELLOW - reflects the abundance of palay and corn, the main products of the municipality

BLUE - stands for the peace-loving people of the town

RED - symbolizes courage of the Rizalian
