SHIELD - derived from the Provincial seal of Camarines where the Municipality belongs

OUTER & INNER CIRCLE - enclosed the official seal with the words "Bayan ng Paracale, Camarines Norte" as its written identity

YEAR - represents the year Paracale was established by Franciscan Missionaries, Paracale being the one of the oldest and historical town in Camarines Norte

TWO (2) DOTS - within the circle represents the church and the state

RED DIAGONAL STRIP - represents the blood of the thirteen World War II martyrs of Paracale who died as heroes so that others may peacefully live. The martyr's sacrifice contributed immensely to what Paracale is now, spared from complete destruction during the war

BLUE FIELD - stands for the sea, the Pacific Ocean, Paracale being a shore town, wherein fishing is another important livelihood of the towns people

BANCA and FISH - the "belos" type of banca or boat within the blue field represents the kind of banca used in catching alamang or "balaw" wherein Paracale is also famous for, from which bagoong, "tibulaka" or dried alamang and the unequalled quality of "dinaelan" is manufactured from. The fish also represents the other product of the fishing industry, the unlimited volume of fish caught daily by Paracale's fisherman

YELLOW FIELD - stands for gold, the precious metal the town is noted for both nationwide and worldwide (Wall Street Journal. 1935)

HAT, PICK and SHOVEL - the miner's hat represents the industrial companies that extracts gold from Paracale's bowels while the pick and shovel represents the common tools used by the ordinary gold panners or "magkakabod" that come to Paracale from all places in the region and country, gold panning being one of the primary means of livelihood found by Spanish conquistador Juan de Salcedo among Paracale's natives during his exploration around the country


The seal aptly represents Paracale, its inhabitants, its territory and it's history
