SHIELD - derived from the provincial seal of Cavite where the town is located

EIGHT (8) RAYS - symbolize the eight Tagalog provinces that revolted against Spain and commemorate the first official flag adopted in Naic, Cavite in 1897

THREE (3) STARS - stands for the three (3) major islands in the country—Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao

FISH - stands for fisheries, another source of income of the town

PALAY - stands for agriculture, another source of income of the town

BLUE, RED, WHITE AND GOLDEN YELLOW COLOR- represent the Philippine flag depicting the respect and high regard to it by the townspeople
