1574 - the year when Libmanan became a pueblo by the virtue of a decree issued on April 3, 1574

SEVENTY-FIVE (75) SUN RAYS - signify the seventy-five barangays that comprise the municipality of Libmanan

MOUNTAIN - represents the mountain range of Tancong Vaca, a famous landmark of the municipality

PALAY - the ring of palay grains shows that Libmanan is a major rice-producing municipality of the Bicol region

COCONUT - represents the second major agricultural product of the town

POTTERY - represents the ceramic industry in several barangays with abundant supply of quality and fine clay mineral

MAN PLOWING - represents a farmer engaging in rice farming, the main source of income of the people in lowland areas which are represented by the rice fields in the seal

MAN FISHING - signifies the fishing industry while the blue field represents the coastal towns
