LABONG (BAMBOO SHOOTS) - symbolizes the origin of the town's former name "Malabong'' meaning plenty of bamboo shoots; depicts the genuine character traits of the townsfolk being flexible, friendly and peace loving in time of peace and brave and daring in time of war; also depicts the "nom de guerre" of Gen. Mariano C. Trias, the revolutionary son of this municipality

PALAY - represents farming, the town being an agricultural community

BUILDING - represents "Causa Hacienda" of San Francisco de Malabon, the seat of the First Revolutionary Government founded by Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo

28 STARS - stand for the 28 barangays that comprise the town

FACTORY 7 - symbolizes the existence of industrial establishments geared toward the industrialization of the town
