SHIELD - adopted from the Provincial Seal of Laguna where the town is located

RISING SUN - stands for the east, the location of the town, with every sunrise giving hope to the townspeople

MOIUNTAIN, RICEFIELDS & COCONUT - symbolize the main sources of livelihood of the Municipality

NATIVE HAT (SALAKOT), BASKET & WINNOWER (BILAO) - stand for the native crafts handed down to the present generation by their ancestors. Engaged in these industries are mostly women, a source of livelihood to help their husbands earn a living

BLUE SKY - symbolizes peace, denoting the townspeople as peace-loving and living with one another in harmony under the love and guidance of God
