SHIELD - derived from the provincial seal of Cavite where the town is located

UPPERMOST DESIGN (SHAKING HANDS) - popularly known as "SORTEO" wherein the communal agricultural lands in the municipality were offered to the farmers for cultivation through "lottery" which is held every three years

1857 - the year when Carmona, formerly known as "Barrio Latag" was separated from its mother municipality, Silang, Cavite by virtue of Royal Decree by the King of Spain through Governor General Gernando De Norzagaray on February 20, 1857

PALAY & SUGARCANES - represent the major agricultural products of the municipality

FOURTEEN (14) LEAVES - stand for the number of barangays that composed the municipality

BUILDINGS - represent the over-all thrust of the provincial government in advance technology in infrastructure toward the southern part of Luzon, wherein the municipality of Carmona is picking up and follow suit
