CARABAO HEAD - the common work animals found in the municipality and the companions of the farmers

STRUCTURE BETWEEN TWO (2) STACKS - represent the humble home of the Novo Ecijano

TWO (2) RICE STACKS OR MANDALA - represent rice, the main agricultural farm produce of the farmers

BLUE BACKGROUND - stands for the peaceful sky over the towns people

YELLOW BACKGROUND - stands for the ripened palay ready for harvest

GREEN BACKGROUND - stands for the robust plants in the farm
