The Official Seal of the Municipality of Pakil, Laguna shall be in circular form; a double marginal circle within which shall appear verdant words, "BAYAN NG PAKIL, LALAWIGAN NG LAGUNA", with two (2) rouge stars dexter and sinsiter representing Silangan and Kanluran Pakil; verdant chief the thirteen (13) trees representing orchards, forest and mountains; bar gray the perimeter fence and springs of the Municipal Swimming Pools; argemt sinister the figure of Nuestra Señora de los Dolores de Turumba; azure base the waters of the Municipal Swimming Pools, and Laguna de Bay representing abundant irrigation and fishery; jaune gold base, the two (2) crossed, stalks of palay representing the prime agricultural product and the unity of the inhabitants of Silangan and Kanluran Pakil; and jaune gold base the thirteen (13) pieces of Lanzones representing the thirteen (13) barangays and the sweet Lanzones produced.
The seal shall be and remain in the custody of the Municipal Mayor, and shall be affixed to or placed upon all commissions signed by him, and upon such other official documents and papers of the Municipality of Pakil, Laguna, as may by law be provided, or as may be required by custom and usage in the discretion of the Municipal Mayor.
