TILAPIA FISH - represents the identified ONE TOWN, ONE PRODUCT (OTOP) of the municipality, its scientific name "TILAPIA NOTICA" 

CORN, RICE AND LOGS - represent the major industries of the municipality

RIVER - represents the Agusan River traversing the municipality, historically considered as lifestream of the municipality

GREEN BACKGROUND - represents "HOPE" the equivalent of Spanish term ESPERANZA
