RED, WHITE AND BLACK CIRCLE - shows the color of the native cloth of Benguet worn occasionally by the Ibaloi Tribes to date who comprised the major population of the community. Other tribes include the Kalanguya, Karao and the Kankana-eys who also wear similar native attire during festivals and other gatherings. According to the forefathers, red means wealth, white symbolizes purity while the black color remains inexplicit among the tribal groups/clan and/or marginalized upland occupants due to different oral orientation passed to them

RED, WHITE and BLACK INNER BACKGROUND - serves as the permanent background or basal of the seal

TEN (10) INTERCONNECTED YELLOW BULBS AND MAN'S ARMS AND YELLOW RIBBON - represent the ten (10) energized barangays of the municipality. As such, these barangays continually shine and unite under one force sealaed with the yellow ribbon inclusive of the words, KAPAYAPAAN, PAGKAKAISA, KASAGANAAN

SHIELD - derived from the provincial seal of Benguet where the municipality belongs.

AMBUKLAO DAM RESERVOIR AND FISH - represents the "Ambuklao Hydro-electric Power Plant" hosted by the municipality, a power plant that used to supply 33% of the powerneeds of Luzon. With all of the eight (8) spilways open, live giant carps and tilapias are seen floating being drained downstream

TOGA, DIPLOMA, FURNITURE, "GANGSA" (GONG) AND "SOLIBAO" (DRUM) - depict the spirit of Bokodians giving significance and value to education, trade and culture as a way of life in the service of God and fellow men

"KAYABANG" (BASKET), KAMOTE AND "KINTOMAN" RICE - native basket "kayabang" representing agriculture, with "kintoman" rice and camote grown in the fertile area of the municipality

GREEN MOUNTAIN, FLYING PHILIPPINE EAGLE, RICE TERRACES, LONG NARROW ROAD, AND "BADEKBEK" HOT SULFUR SPRING - represents the environmental and ecological state of Bokod blessed with a healthy atmosphere. Rice terraces represent the sources of the "kintoman rice" and the camote products respectively, the latter now dubbed as the official One Town, One Product (OTOP) of the municipality. "Badekbek" or hot sulfur spring located in barangay Daclan is one of the tourist attractions frequented by tourists and other trekkers to Mt. Pulag, to Nueva Vizcaya and other Northern spots

WHITE CIRCLE AND TWO (2) STARS - with the inscribed words "Bayan ng Bokod, Lalawigan ng Benguet", symbolizes the reciprocal relationship between the Municipality of Bokod and the Province of Benguet geared towards the welfare and well-being of the people and communities

MAP AND 1910  - shows the map shape of Bokod, while the year marks the creation of Bokod as municipality under Executive Order No. 24 dated March 23, 1910 signed by W. Cameroon Forbes, then Governor General of the Philippines
