RAYS OF THE SUN - portray the role of Cavite City in the struggle against Spanish domination during the Philippine revolution of 1896

KKK - represents the part played by Cavite City in the organization of Katipunan

1872 - signifies the year the Cavite Mutiny took place

MAP OF CAVITE CITY - represents the territorial jurisdiction of the city which includes Corregidor. The epic struggle at Corregidor is part and parcel of the glorious history of the City

MONUMENT - represents the martyrdom of the 13 martyrs of Cavite who were executed by the Spaniards on September 12, 1896

MUSICAL PAPER SHEET - meant to remember Don Julian Felipe, composer of the Philippine National Anthem

SPANISH PORT - represents Fort San Felipe, where the 13 martyrs were detained before their execution and the place where the Cavite Mutiny of 1872 took place
