CARABAO - the Philippine national animal which is known for its tameness and superior strength; the symbol of the battalion's character

LAUREL LEAVES - symbolize the dignity and honor of the unit

THREE (3) STARS - symbolize the three main archipelagos of the Philippines—Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao

GREEN COLOR - symbolizes the rich natural resources of the country and the lush heritage of the Filipinos which the unit is committed to protect and defend

YELLOW COLOR - stands for democracy, an ideology which the unit is sworn to uphold

"GO SEEK AND CONQUER" - the unit's motto. It is the unit's approach in accomplishing its mission. The unit will first go to its designated area of responsibility then seek the enemy and the solutions to the existing problems in the area and finally conquer the enemy as well as the hearts and minds of the people to the side of the government

37 IN RED COLOR - the unit's numerical designation; red color stands for bravery and ferocity in times of war

BLACK BORDER CIRCLE - signifies the unit's adherence to the constitution. It shows that the unit would not transgress or go beyond the law in the performance of its assigned mission
