SUN- (similar to that found in the Philippine Flag) which symbolizes the State.

TWO (2) OPENED HANDS GEAR- remind us of a person ready to uphold and protect the State.

OWL- signifies knowledge.

V-SHAPED EXHAUST PIPES- stand for resources.
