LAMP - at the center of the circle signifies wisdom.

BOOK - where the lamp is resting signifies knowledge.

BLUE TRIANGLE - enclosing the lamp and the book with the text; INSTRUCTION, RESEARCH and EXTENSION signifies the three major concerns of an institution of higher learning. Its apex represents TRUTH and EXCELLENCE.

SEVENTY FIVE (75) LAUREL LEAVES - encircling the triangle represent the fruitful years of the school prior to its conversion into a state college.

YEARS - 1920 and 1995 indicate two historical epochs of the institution; its establishment as a sub-provincial highschool and its conversion into a state college, respectively.

TWO (2) GOLDEN RING - depict UNITY and SUCCESS.

CHARCOAL GRAY SCALLOP - signifies the obstacles, constraints and challenges from outside forces.

WHITE COLOR - signifies industry, integrity, sincerity and school's dedicated service to humanity

BLUE COLOR - represents determination to succeed.

GOLD - for its commitment towards ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE and GLOBAL COMPETITIVENESS.

GRAY - for its strength in hurdling barriers, trials and constraints.
