EIGHT (8) STARS - stand for the eight major offices of PRO9
VINTA - represents the archipelagic nature of the region where the Badjaos and Samals are engaged in sustenance fishing using the sailboat
LAURELS - symbolize the unrelenting quest for greatness, the command’s determination and zeal in the attainment of its mission and function as a law enforcement agency
RED COLOR - stands for bravery; represents the blood that the members had offered in order to enforce the law, maintain peace and protect the people from lawlessness
BROWN COLOR - represents the vast land area of the region where the inhabitants reside, cultivate and preserve as part of the country’s patrimony
WHITE COLOR - means purity, in which each member of the police organization are expected to be beyond suspicion in the performance of their duties and responsibilities
GREEN COLOR - symbolizes honor and dignity that each member of the police force must have in order to gain the respect of the people in the community
