THREE (3) STARS- Represent the three (3) islands of the Philippine archipelago namely: Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao
38 SAMPAGUITA LEAVES (divided equally into 19 leaves at each side)- Represent the 38 Police Stations located in the whole NCRC
1967- Denotes the birth of CAPCOM/Metropolitan Police Force (MPF), the origin of NCRC
