INNER ROPE RING - stands for the Head Quarters Philippine Navy to the Naval Forces

BLUE BACKGROUND - symbolizes the Area of Responsibility of the San Vicente Naval Operating Base (SVNOB) from Bojedor Point northward to Calayan Island, Babuyan Island, Batanes Group of Islands going to east coast of Cagayan and Isabela down to Palanan Point

ANCHOR AND SEA LION - depict that SVNOB is a Naval Unit of the NFN in the northeast coast of Cagayan as the Philippine Navy’s guardian of the northern sea

KEY - signifies the mission of the SVNOB to provide and administer local services to ensure adequate and efficient logistical support to all PN operating units
