SEAL LION AND ANCHOR - represents the Philippine Navy. Their placement at the center illustrate that the Philippine Navy is the core and focus of all NCSC activities

ATOM WITH ELECTRON RINGS - symbolizes the field of electronics. It represents the Electronic Systems Unit (ESU)

NAVAL GUN - symbolizes the field of weaponry. It represents the Weapon Systems Unit (WSU)

FLAMING SPHERICAL SHELL - symbolizes the field of Naval Ordnance, their maintenance, stowage and handling

RANGE FINDER WITH INWARD SPARKS - symbolizes Fire Control system, an integration of weaponry, ordinance and electronics

CHAIN - symbolizes the Material and Support Unit (MSSU). It encloses the different symbols of the NCSC Operating Units to illustrate its role

RED AND YELLOW COLORS - represents firepower and safety

GEAR - symbolizes System Engineering which is Indispensable in carrying out the mission of NCSC

STARS - the two (2) stars provide the glitter and light for the Naval Combat Systems center and the Naval Sea Systems Command
