PHILIPPINE EAGLE - symbolizes vigilance and dedication of the NCRPO Personnel.

SWORD - stands for active defense, swift and uncompromising protection of the society.

SAMPAGUITA LEAVES - symbol of peace and order.

WE CARE, WE DARE - the institutional motto of the NCR-Police Office and the battle cry of the "COPS with a Heart"; embodies the ideals of Police Community Oriented Police System of caring and understanding for the victims and uncompromising and stern stance against lawless
elements.
