GOLDEN HARVEST - denotes that the municipality is an agricultural town and a leading food producer.

BUILDING - symbolizes the City Hall as the seat of the City Government, the focal point of the leadership: represents Urdaneta as a premier city of Pangasinan, the key indicator in terms of growth and development in the province.

1858 - the year when Urdaneta was founded as a municipality.
