GREEN BACKGROUND - stands for Agriculture.

YELLOW BACKGROUND - stands for gold.

RED BACKGROUND - stands for the brave fisherman who venture the wilds of the seas.

BLACK EAGLE - stands for the Administration.

WHITE BACKGROUND - stands for purity, overlook by the office of the Mayor which is the key who drives the Administration to Prosperity and Progress.
