PITOGO TREE & DEER - represents the endangered species that can be found in the island

CADUCEUS - derived from the Philippine Health Service when Culion was established as Sanitarium

MAN - stands for Social Services

GRADUATION CAP - symbolizes Education Services

MOTHER PEARL/FISH - depict the marine resources of the municipality

MOUNTAIN - stands for the topography of the municipality

RICEFIELD - stands for agricultural development

DRAINAGE & ROAD - symbolize the infrastructure development

CENTER FIGURE - depicts the island and islets of Culion

HANDS - represent People Empowerment

1985 - the year when the first set of Municipal Officials (from Mayor down to Sangguniang Bayan) assumed their posts

COLORS:

YELLOW - official color of former President Corazon Aquino who signed the R.A. #7193 - creating the municipality of Culion, Palawan

BLUE - represents the sea that totally surrounds the island

GREEN - stands for the forests and greeneries
