ISCAF SEAL- is a semblance of the distinct "Balitok" or "Pango," an ifugao gold necklace worn as an adornment by the "Kadangyan" or the royal people Ifugao. It symbolizes the noble aspirations of the College towards quality and excellence. It is dominantly colored green and yellow denoting the official color of the College.

LIGHTED TORCH- signifies the burning desire of the College to be source of knowledge as depicted by the open book at the base of the flame. Radiating from the flame are eleven (11) yellow rays symbolic of the 11 municipalities of the province of Ifugao, the immediate service areas of the College.

CARBAO HEAD- represents strength and perseverance. Its gear-shaped and natural black horns portray the fusion of trade and agriculture with modern technologies.

FOUR STURDY TREES- a top fertile rice terraces signify the four thrusts of the College on Instruction, Research, Extension, and Production.

FOUR IFUGAO NATIVE HOUSES- represent the four existing campuses namely-Main (Lamut) Campus, Potia Campus, Lagawe Campus, and Tinoc Campus.
