ANCHOR - stands for the Mother Unit, the Philippine Navy, the Finance Center is at service

PEARL - represents the treasure or the money/salaries of the Navy personnel

SPARKLING SHELL - attracts, invites and encourages the Finance Center personnel to be more efficient, resourceful and accepts wholeheartedly the responsibilities in safeguarding the funds of the Unit

BLUE - signifies piety, sincerity and universality wherever the Navy or the Marines are, the PNFC is there to serve

GOLDEN-YELLOW - represents truth, richness and full of virtues

WHITE BACKGROUND - denotes virtues of purity and justice, freedom and hope

BLACK - speaks of humbleness and positive attitude of the PNFC personnel towards client

“KATAPATAN AT PAGLILINGKOD” - motto of the PNFC as an expression of love, care, honesty and will to serve or dedication to be of good service
