THE BALANCING SCALE - symbolizes justice that the offenders categorically wanted to achieve

THE INMATE BEHIND BARS - speaks of custody, security and control of the inmates. Also represent that rehabilitation is a joint undertaking of BJMP, other GOs/NGOs and the inmate himself. A rehabilitated inmate ready for release/integration to the community full of hope and aspirations

THE TOPOGRAPHICAL MAP OF CALABARZON - speaks well of the area of responsibility of RBJMP 4-A

THE FIVE (5) STARS - represent the provinces of region 4-A namely: CAVITE, LAGUNA, BATANGAS, RIZAL and QUEZON. This region, contiguous to Metropolitan Manila is also the so called Food Basket of the Country

THE RICE FIELDS - symbolizes Laguna, the province with large area of rice fields wherein the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) is located

THE BLUE COLOR - represents loyalty, patriotism and peace
