DIVISION LOGO - is derived from the original emblem of the 5th Infantry Division (Reserve) PA.
EQUILATERAL TRIANGLE - symbolizes stability under pressure. The three equal sides depict equality among men which the Division upholds.
RED COLOR - connotes bravery and courage of the men who have sacrificed their lives and limbs in the accomplishment of the Division’s mission.
FIVE (5) POINTED STAR - depicts the nobility and the loftiness of purpose of the Division in accomplishing any given mission wherever it is deployed.
WHITE COLOR - denotes purity and sincerity in words and in deeds of the personnel of the division.
