DIAMOND WITH 4-POINTED STAR - it is the emblem of the 4th Infantry Division, the mother unit of the Bde. This shows that the Bde is one with its mother unit in the accomplishment of any given mission

BLUE AND WHITE COLORS - symbolize the unit’s aim of working towards the attainment of peace, to achieve development and progress and unstinted loyalty and dedication to serve the people of the Republic

RED COLOR - stands for bravery, courage and patriotism of the Bde’s troopers in defending the nation which is expected of every soldier

UNITE “N” FIGHT - the battlecry that enjoins everybody in the Bde to fight the evils of society; that all must unite in order to achieve said goal

NUMBER “401” - the units numerical designation
