INFRASTRUCTURE - at the middle of the seal, depicts the municipal hall of Pinili.
 
FOREST TREES AND VERDANT FIELDS - On both sides of the municipal hall, symbolize rich natural resources of the town leading to be developed for economic progress.
 
PARK - represents the municipal park of Pinili, it also represents one of the tourist spots of the municipality.
 
RICE STALKS AND CORN - represent the primary agricultural products of the municipality.
 
GARLIC AND TOBACCO - represent the secondary agricultural cash crops of the people leading self-sufficiency.
 
GREEN COLOR - represents the color of the municipality that stands for the progress of the community.
