SHIELD - derived from the provincial seal of Iloilo where the town is located.

MOUNTAIN - represents PAN DE ASUCAR", the tallest mountain of the municipality, 573 ft. above sea level, commanding a familiar view and serves as fishermen's guide during sea travel.

SEA, BOAT, RICEFIELDS, GREEN SHRUBS, AND COCONUT TREE - symbolize fishing and farming, the major industries of Concepcion.

25 SHELLS - represent the 25 barangays that comprise the municipality.

HELMS - epitomizes the continuous progress of the town.

ANCHOR - symbolizes a common bond of unity and friendship among the townspeople.

BROKEN ROPE - signifies the connecting link between the mainland and island barangays.
