SHIELD - derived from the shield depicted in the seal of the province of Tarlac.
CIRCLE - stands for unity, stability and also stands for the protecting power of the duly elected officials of the municipality to protect the democratic rights, promote health, safety, enhance prosperity, improve morals and maintain peace and order and preserve the comfort and convenience of the inhabitants of the municipality.
SUN - symbolizes prosperity, with its rays, represents the 61 barangays of the municipality.
TREE - represents the "Camiling Tree" (Ligas) from which the name "Camiling" of the municipality originated. It symbolizes the formal retracting of the town's ethnic origin and roots from its primitive nascence to its evolution into a highly developed urban core and of the proud acknowledgement of a prized legacy implanted thru generations of Yore.
1838 - The year Camiling became an independent town formally seceded from the other town of Paniqui.
