CIRCLE - stands for unity. This depicts Calling as an agro-industrial municipality. Calinog, though small in area, has an equitable distribution of its fruits and equal expansion of opportunities.
1921 - the year Calinog was officially proclaimed as a municipality with Francisco Casa as its first elected municipal President.
CHURCH - symbolizes the spiritual, moral and cultural values of the town of Calinog. This proves that the Calinognon are God-fearing people.
SHIELD'S SUPPORTER - defect the municipality produces agricultural products throughout the year. Rice, sugarcane and banana depict the bountiful produce of the town. The carabao and the spotted deer are indigenous in the area. Calinog nestles between two rivers in the heart of Panay, Province of Iloilo.
HUMAN FIGURE - symbolizes the rich cultural heritage Calinog which depicts the "Binalaybay" (a poetry in rhyme), an endemic cultural practices in Calinog hinterland.
