MONUMENT - symbolizes the oneness as well the strength and sturdiness of the Baybaynons.

PLANT - represents “Rosal” plant which typifies the flair of the inhabitants of the municipality for music and acting.

SAILBOAT AND WATER - represent that the territorial waters of the municipality abounds with marine life.

RISING SUN - indicates the ingenuity and skillfulness of the Baybaynons.

CHAINS - encircling the seal represent the 92 barangays of the municipality having unity and mutual understanding.
